Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of PulledIt (pulledit.gg), including beta features such as card scanning, collection tracking, pack openings, vault services, and marketplace previews. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Beta software
PulledIt is in active development. Features may be labeled Preview or Coming Soon and can change, break, or be removed without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific grading outcomes, market prices, or token value. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, or grading advice.
2. Accounts & wallets
There are two ways to sign in, and they have different key-custody models. Read the one that applies to you.
Connecting your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and others): the wallet stays entirely under your control. PulledIt never sees your seed phrase or private keys, and you are solely responsible for securing them.
Signing in with Google, Apple, or email: we create a non-custodial embedded wallet for you. Its key is generated in your browser and immediately split into three parts, of which any two can rebuild it — one stored on your device, one held by PulledIt, and one given to you as a recovery code. PulledIt's single part cannot sign a transaction or reconstruct your key on its own, and we never see the assembled key. This is not the same as a custodial account, and it is not the same as holding a seed phrase yourself.
Because of that split, losing BOTH your device and your recovery code means the wallet cannot be recovered — by you or by us. Save the recovery code when it is shown to you.
One embedded wallet covers two networks. The same key produces a Solana address and an Ethereum/EVM address, both derived using standard BIP39/BIP44 paths, so the recovery phrase can be imported into common wallets on either network. Assets sent to one network's address are only accessible on that network.
PulledIt does not custody your funds unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. On-chain transactions are irreversible.
3. Pack products
PulledIt Official pack products draw from scanned vault inventory. Card selection is performed by the pack protocol according to posted odds on the packs page, using automated, verifiable randomization. Not manual assembly or manipulation.
No pack padding or weighting against buyers. Pack products are entertainment retail with disclosed odds.
Odds, tier contents, and inventory status may change; the packs page is the source of truth at time of purchase.
4. Cards, vault & marketplace
Physical cards deposited in the Vault remain subject to intake, verification, and shipping policies published at launch.
Marketplace and dealer storefront previews show intended UX only until live trading is enabled.
Third-party grading company names (e.g. PSA, BGS) are used descriptively for comparison; PulledIt is not affiliated unless stated in writing.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use PulledIt for fraud, counterfeiting, money laundering, scraping at abusive rates, or circumventing security controls.
We may suspend access for abuse, suspected counterfeit activity, or violation of applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulledIt and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of cards, tokens, or data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to PulledIt in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Treasury transparency
All platform funds live in a public Squads multisig on Solana — no single person can move funds alone, and every transaction is verifiable on-chain.
